Owner and Founder of Coastal HR
Owner and Founder of Coastal HR, Jennifer Duncan is an HR consultant with over 15 years of experience providing HR solutions for small and medium businesses across industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and nonprofit sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in HR from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) and is a recipient of the Meisinger Fellowship through SHRM. Certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP, Jennifer formerly lectured at California State University, Fullerton.
Jennifer specializes in helping businesses navigate workforce planning, compliance, and risk management while crafting custom HR strategies. She partners with leaders to enhance employee engagement, reduce turnover, and implement effective talent management and employee retention strategies. Her expertise includes creating performance management systems, solving employee relations issues, and developing tailored HR policies.
